Over a year ago I received a $100 gift card to use at Boston Proper. After reviewing the catalog and then going online I noticed that many customers had given bad reviews for a many items they ordered. They don't ship the correct item and if they do 60% of the time it is used and stuffed back into the plastic sack. No employee every checks it. If it's a black dress, hey, that's okay. If it has underarm stains or worse, so what! Customer service is horrible, management is even worse. Their clothing now is second rate. Must be using China more and more. I ordered an outfit from Boston Proper online. Three weeks later I received a $150 order from Soma. The invoice inside the package had the name and address of a woman from Oregon. I told them to STOP sending me catalogs and they said that they will stop. But they're still doing it for months despite what I said plenty of times. I will keep throwing them in the trash. Shame on them! Add comment
