If the title doesn't say it all, let me just say DO NOT order from this company expecting to get anything of quality on time. They allow you to buy their trash clothing at absurd prices when it isn't even available and then say after thirty days of not receiving it that canceled the order because I did not inform them that I still wanted it. Order placed 22-Jan-15. At time of order was informed order would be fulfilled in 30 days. That time frame came and went with no further information. I sent an e-mail inquiry on 26-Feb and was told 1 item was now in stock and was "about to be shipped." 2nd item would not be available until May. Returned items and was not given credit. The customer service does not follow customers requests and embarrassed me with my mother law. They make returning gift merchandise a nightmare. Add comment

I have ordered several items from Boston Proper only to find out it is no longer available or back ordered. Most recently I ordered a sweatshirt. It is now three months and I am still waiting. Their excuse is usually "additional delays from our manufacturer". It happens too often and I am constantly disappointed. Perhaps they should find better manufacturers! Over a year ago I received a $100 gift card to use at Boston Proper. After reviewing the catalog and then going online I noticed that many customers had given bad reviews for a many items they ordered. They don't ship the correct item and if they do 60% of the time it is used and stuffed back into the plastic sack. No employee every checks it. If it's a black dress, hey, that's okay. If it has underarm stains or worse, so what! Customer service is horrible, management is even worse. Their clothing now is second rate. Must be using China more and more.
