I ordered a top and leggings in a small. I used their sizing chart to order that size. Both items were too big. So, we returned them and tried to order an extra small in each. They were out of stock, very disappointing! My husband went on line the next day and and was able to order the extra small top, no problem. Then, we get two extra smalls! I placed an order end of Nov. It's been three weeks and I have yet to receive anything. I called in and the customer service rep was totally helpless with attitude. I asked for a manager and was transferred to Jose. He literally told me he couldnt tell me anything more than what the tracking information told him. I was able to read that myself. His attitude was extremely poor. This is the only company that if the shipment is lost due to their fault that they don't offer the reshipped. Terrible company terrible customer service! Do not order from them!!!! Worst company to deal with. Add comment

1.0 star rating 8/14/2015 This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST company to deal with!!! 1st, I ordered 2 pair of shoes (didn't know which size would fit) for a wedding and paid $25 extra for 1 day shipping. 2.5 days later, no package. Called the company and they couldn't find the package and said they couldn't reship or refund me until they waited for at least 2 weeks to see if the package shows up. WTH?? The prices are absurd for the poor quality. I have tried them a few times and been entirely disappointed. The styles are so nice but the truth is they are thieves. I pined over a blouse that sold out but then came back in. I ordered it. I was SO excited. Well...it was just AWFUL looking. It was stretchy and dull and nothing like the pic. This is my first time of trying to order from Boston Proper...However they send around deceptive coupon and waist your time on the telephone.When the item is on sale coupon can not be used...however when the coupon can be used item is not available.This is a shame and very deceitful. Do not waste your time buying from them..Shred the catalog if it comes in mail and deal with a company who hold up to their Words.Spend your money wisely. I enjoy your product and generally order on line. I order a beautiful shirt on line, unfortunately it did not fit me so I went to the Sugarland store to change the shirt. The manager was rude and treated me and the rest of the clients badly. I wanted to buy more clothes and accessories but her attitude was so bad, that I decided to just change my shirt and leave. Shopping should be a nice experience and not stressful for clients. The manager should be at least pleasant. Read more

If the title doesn't say it all, let me just say DO NOT order from this company expecting to get anything of quality on time. They allow you to buy their trash clothing at absurd prices when it isn't even available and then say after thirty days of not receiving it that canceled the order because I did not inform them that I still wanted it. Uh-Duh why the *** would I order it in the first place. The other items I got with the order we're shabbily strewn together. Order placed 22-Jan-15. At time of order was informed order would be fulfilled in 30 days. That time frame came and went with no further information. I sent an e-mail inquiry on 26-Feb and was told 1 item was now in stock and was "about to be shipped." 2nd item would not be available until May. Today, 13-Mar, I telephoned and was told item one is not available! I think the way they do business is to not place manufacturing orders until they have enough orders for a given item. Returned items and was not given credit. The customer service does not follow customers requests and embarrassed me with my mother law. They make returning gift merchandise a nightmare. Add comment
