This is the first and only time! They sent me the wrong item.
I called Customer Non-Service and asked if I should use the same box the (wrong)item was shipped in, and was told that I should. The next day my mailman brought me the box and said I couldn't use their label with a Priority Mail shipping box. I contacted Customer Non-Service again and they said they would email me a new shipping label and told me to use a marker to cover up all of the Priority Shipping markings on the box and use it again--huh?
Oh, three days later and no shipping later in my email. Shocker.
Monetary Loss: $200.
