You emailed me that my shipment had been delivered and I was not delivered the two packages,I was charged for them.

I believe they need to have a better shipping package : use a box or carbon ... instead of plastic paper / someone tore a small hole in the plastic package , took out my pants ... stole my order basically!!!!!
Crap quality
I almost always never get to wear their items for long. It is terrible quality.
SUPER CUTE clothes but not at all worth the money. I hope I finally learned my lesson. I bought a sweater for 80.00 I wore it twice. I washed it by hand and it looks terrible.
I will not wear it because it looks all pilled and out of shape. Of course since i washed it they will not take it back.
How would I have known that it looks like this unless I washed it. Don't spend your hard-earned money on these clothes.

Excessive Return Fees
I recently ordered two dresses, and after receiving them was VERY disappointed in both the quality and fit. I returned them (separately), only to find that the MONETARY FEES charged to return an item are RIDICULOUS!!
The first item cost me $14.90 to realize that the quality was not worth the price, and I have yet to see how much the return of the second returned item will cost me.
I will NEVER order from them again. That is absolutely wrong to do to their clients, especially at times like these

I need address to return an item
My top was sent to the wrong address but I think it might be the fault of the ordering process. My correct address shows but under is an old address I sent a book to years ago. Tried to go to the people and get it, but they kept it.

I NEVER received my order and of course they charged my credit card! I called and emailed customer service very very rude tried to make me sound stupid.
They changed the tracking numbers from the original ones they gave me. They would NOT let me speak tp a supervisor!!
Avoid this company its a rip off!!!

No quality control. The tops I ordered a couple months ago are huge! Ordered different colors last year that fit perfect.
Sizing is no good. These 2 tops, blue &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; white would fit an elephant!

I have been a Boston Proper Customer for 20 yrs. The cut and style of their clothes seem to be made for my body type.
A couple of months ago I ordered 3 cami’s. They are great...... except the straps are about 3 or 4” too long! The front of these camisoles just hang on me!
These are size medium. I am 5’9” and weigh 150! Were these rejects? Someone’s mistake?
Shame on you Boston Proper for sending something like this out to your customers!
I will have to have these altered if I ever want to wear them. I think this company is slipping!

With the condition of an email from associate/representative Kenesha at the company that I would be granted a prior sale discount of 25% and free shipping.
I was charged the correct amount of 59.91 and then on same day a charge of 24.98 was added on my Amex. Already wrote two emails to customer service.
If not resolved I will dispute the amount on Amex and never order from Boston Proper again. Patricia Foley-Tuzman

Do Not Expect Boston Proper To Refund You Fairly
I had a return for Boston Proper. The paperwork and website clearly define it has to be returned before 30 days.
It also states that you will get a full refund less the $4.95 shipping. When I received my refund I was short $10.65. When I called customer service I was told they kept the additional $10.65 in taxes. They said Boston Proper does not refund the tax!!!
What??? This is highly illegal unless I return past the 30 days and didn't have a receipt. How does Boston Proper think they can keep tax money when there is nothing to be taxed on? When I spoke to them the customer service rep refused to let me speak to a supervisor - when I persisted she acted like she couldn't hear me.
I then called again...still waiting to speak to someone. It isn't the money amount - it is the principle...this is theft by taking. If they are doing this to all the customers who return - I am thinking they are making quite a bit of free money. This smells like a class action law suit...just saying.
How sad that companies don't do the right thing by their consumers. I will be spreading the word on Boston Proper...Shame on them!!!
